Neocolor II is water-soluble pastels from Caran d'Ache. The quality of this watercolor drawing crayon for artists is known worldwide. Neocolor II wax crayons are highly pigmented, have superior coverage and excellent lightfastness. They are made from the best color pigments and a high quality water-soluble wax, which makes them suitable for dry and wet use and for glossy, intensive colors. Neocolor II has a soft texture and radiant colors.

They can be used for dry and wet drawings on all kinds of materials such as paper, cardboard, glass, wood, leather, fabric, stone, etc. Also very suitable for e.g. painting with watercolor, “inkwash” and rainbow technique and encaustic.
